About the competition

The Cats with Cat-titude competition is open to cat owners residing in the UK who own a cat with a big personality.  The competition closes at midnight on 30 July 2011.  Any entries and votes submitted after this time will not be valid.

How to enter

Entrants need to complete the online cat personality tool by answering a series of short questions about their cat’s habits and behaviour.  This will then determine into which of the competition’s categories the cat will be entered.  There are four categories: True Companion, Aristocat, Rural Explorer and City Slicker.  Entrants will need to register their email address and then submit a photo of their cat explaining, in less than 100 words, why they think their cat should win the title of Top Cat – i.e. the cat with the biggest personality in Britain. Vote to win

Once an email address has been registered, you and the public can vote for your favourite photo/s - including your own.  However, only one vote can be cast per entry from this email address.  The entries with the most votes per category at the end of the competition will be determined as category winners.  There will also be five runners up per category.

The Top Cat

The overall winner will be chosen by a judging panel from all entries appearing on the website.  Click here to view the gallery and vote now. The Top Cat will win the following:

1. A holiday up to the value of £500
2. A £100 Love2Shop shopping voucher

4. A free signed copy of Roger Tabor’s “Cat Behaviour” book
